To all applicants and strategic observers,
1AT.R.I AB hereby clarifies the operational framework governing our global expansion and the interaction with all independent parties:
No Employment Relationship: 1AT.R.I AB does not engage in traditional employment. All communications, responses, and information provided to applicants to date are to be considered strictly as a preliminary invitation to participate in a performance-based, independent partnership. No contract of employment, explicit or implied, exists between 1AT.R.I AB and any applicant.
Full Independence: All strategic partners and applicants operate entirely at their own risk and expense. 1AT.R.I AB assumes no liability for time, resources, or actions taken by third parties. No representative is authorized to act on behalf of the company or enter into any binding agreements without a signed, formal mandate from The Architect.
Compensation Structure: Rewards and commissions are triggered exclusively upon the successful, verified, and full pre-payment of a client invoice. In the absence of a settled financial transaction from a client, no compensation, fee, or reimbursement is due to any party.
Selection Process: 1AT.R.I AB has not yet formally ratified any partnership agreements. We are currently in the phase of architectural review. Selection is based solely on the delivery of verified results.
